Here’s how it works:
- Bought your boots from our website? You have 30 days from delivery to start a return
- Items can be returned for any reason for a full refund. We mean it!
- And the best part is we’ll cover your return shipping!
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, without damage and alterations to the boots. Refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for more info.
12 MONTH WARRANTY
All Redback boots come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Our policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

- A short description of what has happened
